Real Life - International Educational Projects
Real experiences. Strong connections. Growing together.
Learning that comes to life
REAL LIFE brings experiential education, mindfulness and relationship-centred learning into early years settings, schools and hospitality environments. Our programmes create meaningful experiences that strengthen confidence, communication, resilience and a sense of belonging.
Based in Germany and available for international collaborations, we work with educational institutions and hospitality partners across Europe and beyond. Every project is adapted to the people, setting and goals of the organisation.
REAL LIFE EARLY YEARS
Professional development for early years teams, with practical ideas that make a difference in everyday educational life.
Language & Connection — Supporting language development through relationships, meaningful conversations and play, including multilingual environments.
Every Child Is Unique — Understanding individual development, emotions and behaviour through a mindful, strengths-based and systemic perspective.
Little Explorers — Bringing nature, movement, sensory discovery and cooperation into children’s daily experiences. Practical children’s workshops can complement staff training.
Formats include focused team workshops, full-day professional development and individually designed in-house training.
REAL LIFE SCHOOL EXPERIENCE
Experiential learning and professional development that help school communities grow together. Interactive student programmes and staff workshops focus on resilience, communication, cooperation, self-awareness and practical transfer into everyday school life.
Available as short impulses, project days, multi-day experiences or tailored development programmes.
REAL LIFE FAMILY EXPERIENCE
Training and programme development for hotels, resorts and family-focused hospitality providers. We support animation and activity teams in creating purposeful experiences for children, teenagers, adults and families — moving beyond entertainment towards connection, participation and shared memories.
Our approach combines practical staff training, ready-to-use activity ideas and support for implementation. Programmes can include nature exploration, teamwork, family challenges and mindful experiences.
