Training for long-term implementation in your own setting

We train your staff to deliver REAL LIFE themselves, so the programme stays with your team long after we have left. A blend of experiential education, nature-based learning and mindfulness.

Topics include self-awareness, body awareness, cooperation, self-regulation and shared parent–child experiences.

Early years & schools A prevention programme that strengthens children’s confidence, communication and sense of belonging, delivered by your own educators.
Hotels & resorts Your animation team learns to turn entertainment into REAL LIFE experiences: meaningful activities for children and teenagers, and family challenges that create shared memories.

Confident in Childcare

Practical training for staff who care for children before and after school, including those without a formal teaching qualification. Participants gain confidence for everyday situations, with methods they can use straight away.

With a special focus on multilingual groups: how to build relationships, guide groups and support language when children speak many different languages.

Language & Multilingualism

Language grows through relationships, meaningful conversations and play. This training gives educators practical language tools for everyday life, with a focus on multilingual children and groups.

The content draws on two established German curricula for language education: “Mit Kindern im Gespräch” and “Sprachbildung im Kita-Fokus”.

About Christine Weyers

Christine Weyers is the founder of the Experiential Education & Mindfulness Institute in Germany. She brings more than 25 years of experience in education and over 15 years in counselling and professional development.

She studied Early Childhood Education in Canada and works with early years teams and schools on experiential education, mindfulness, systemic counselling and language development. Her workshops are engaging, accessible and designed for immediate use in daily practice.
